The home itself is on a freshwater canal bordering the forest, and is an easy place to launch your kayak.This home is just a short 15 minute drive to Englewood Beach! If you are a Fisherman or Golfer, you will love this location! Several fishing poles are provided at the home for your use, and we also provide two sets of golf clubs for your convenience. (there are many nice golf courses in the area, 9 min to Riverwood Golf Course, and 15 min or less to Rotonda Golf Courses) The home has a comfortable living room with a couch and loveseat, large coffee table, a small desk to work on, and a large flat screen television. Loads of free channels on Sling TV including HGTV, Fox News, History, AMC, A&E, and more. There is a six person dining table, as well as a 4 person outside dining area with umbrella. The two bedrooms each have their own flat screen television, and alarm clocks. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and the guest bedroom has direct access to a full bath with shower that is shared with the rest of the home. The sunny kitchen is fully functional with refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffeemaker, nutribullet blender, knives, crockpot, plenty of casserole dishes, pots and pans, pizza pans, and two frying pans. The one car garage area is yours to use as needed. There is a full sized washer and dryer located in the garage. Laundry detergent is not provided. We do provide a starter pack of one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one bar of soap in each shower, and hand soap at sinks. We do not offer any cleaning services MID stay, but we do try and keep a small supply of cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink you are free to use as needed. There is also a vacuum cleaner, broom, and mop for your use. Take a stroll out the backyard to the canal area, chill out by the freshwater canal, and enjoy the evenings fishing opportunities. Please note the rate shown does not include lodging tax of 12%, or the cleaning fee of $125. This will be added when guest is billed. 100% must be paid in full at time of booking unless otherwise agreed on.
